Without proper insurance, I think you really have one choice, to keep it. I can't really tell from the pics but it seems that it "may" be ok? Not sure, but keep us updated and post more pics.

I run a sump in the OEM tank but..I also run a stock fuel rail on mine and is fine. ;) Just tap the rear for larger fitting. :) Nate runs a stock tank that has an A&N fitting on the bottom with his A1000.
