That molding is a part of the tail light ;) So, yes, it is available but be prepared to spend 300 and more for it. I purchased everything for the exterior for my car new from Toyota when I repainted my car this past year. This included, the little misc rubber stops, tails, signals, mud flaps...

1000 in materials is cheap. My muffler only with V band for it wasn't far off that price. You can do things nice and right the first time when building a custom exhaust and this is what he did. ;) This is also something that others won't have either.
