no way.... go look at the stock metal elbow in between the rubber pipe from the ic and the rubber pipe to the compressor housing on the turbo...its the same piece that has a bolt hole to secure the piping to the chassis... NOW...tell me that isnt the smallest piece of shit youve ever seen lol...

IJ- i think youre forgetting something...theres really about 3 or 4 restrictions in the flow of the IC piping... the 3k pipe would be one, the fender pipe is another, the metal elbow/bracket for the lower piping is another... i think the main thing is LIMITING restrictions....cause obviously...

hey sal- check your afm and wiring... sometimes it could be bad and not throw a code... after that i would check fuel supply... if the car is starting but dying shortly after it might be getting starved of fuel... good luck man

the bvsv can be left open...its simply a "corner" for the vacuum lines to turn... if there is nothing on either end it can be left open without negative repercussions. the best thing would be to take it off and buy a plug to fit in there to clean things up. cap the TB lines by getting little...

eh.... personally i think hes hearing the auxillary fans...which SHOULD kick off...it seems a lot of you are relating this problem the the clutch fan itself which SHOULD be relatively quiet.... the aux fans could be stuck on...and they usually make a nice racket...i would check into those...

umm if youre hitting 14-15psi that is normal fuel cut for a 1jz map sensor...to fix this you will need a 2jz jdm map sensor...
