chads turbo got cooked from dei old school turbo bag from him wrapping the hole back side in coulding center section his was oil cooled t3/t4 60 of some sort 1.5jz

I ran header wrap on my turbo and after some long twisting roads with heavy...
well really it can happen if turbo can not shead heat it will expand and cause the door to get sticky
I had this happen to me but with header wrap happy now kai
and if you cover your turbo to much you will bake the oil in the secter section like another person i know and blow you...

I must say ross can take a bloody beating je's not so much
probs I dis like the vavle cuts and the spaceing of them is rather poor and is the week link if they fixed that then I whould not have an issue

see there are 2 or 3 things that come to mine
the housing keeps it tight haveing an oil wedge keeping it from touching
or all the aliment is form the retainer plate and snap rings
my splined stub shaft is shorter then reg drive shaft but like mabye 1/4
well I drop by filters off at the muchine shop yesterday
I have bad feeling about these piston might have been made bad as in mabye there off cliter and the thusting part is off to the side or some thing or they just did a bad hone or ring gap or just plain bad ring
