First of all do your basic maintenance and upkeep before worrying about that. After you have that done, then you try it out ;).

Proof that just because it's a JDM motor, doesn't mean that it's going to be a good, low mileage, high compression tested engine that will be reliable. This could happen to any engine, be it american 7M or JDM ones. I still can't figure out what the hell it was though that caused that mess...

If you're putting a Tial in the supra you must use the stiffest spring they offer (11lb spring) anything less will leak air out of it when not boosting. A healthy supra pulls in 20-25 in/hg at idle and the 11lb. spring is for cars running like +20 in/hg IIRC. ;)

If you're thinking of using one, I'd get another BOV like the SSQV to handle the lower boost levels to save you turbo some uneeded stress ;).

A few reputable members on here have advised me to use the oem toyota gasket set, and that's what I'm sticking with (except the HG of course ;)).

Does it feel choppy at higher RPM's? Is the MIL light coming on?

You could also try out the IS300 coil pack mod that was recently completed and has had no issues so far ;).

I wouldn't get it in fear that it may do some type of damage to the LC-1 or void any warranty that it may have. It's just me, but I'd get the XD-16 gauge for your LC-1 ;).

Wait a minute, I'm a little confused. What injectors are you using Jay? The extremely large flowing ones, or did they send you some replacements?

There are a few people on here using the B&M oil cooler, I think it's a "supercooler"? I haven't heard anything bad about them yet. I think IJ uses that one along with a few more. I will probably use it too, but I'm not sure what size the inlet/outlets are...
