you are going road racing? 7m all the way. or get a jz with a single turbo maybe even a ct26 on it :) the stock twins are not hot on the 1j because well they are ceramic and from what i can tell the weak link on the 1jz swaps (and 2jz) with blown turbo seals being commonplace an upgraded ct26...

i asked a transmission shop once and they said "at least two thousand just to mount it in" all you need is the tsrm or even a haynes manual so you install it properly, once the transmission is in its butter after that im sure someone would charge around 800 though... toyota charges 800...

personally i would buy a boss series, stock fitment and the turbos are going to last wayy longer than that turbo from ebay is and stock fitment = less money towards a new downpipe heh
