i dont know a lot about oil...but i've heard that getting clean oil is bad because its not doing its job at collecting particles...but then you wonder...what if its lubricating so well that there arent enough particles to make the oil dirty in the first place? I'd like to see a professional...

yeah i read the TSRM and it looks like hard work...but i dont actually know. you have to lift the car onto jackstands, undo all the steering components, drop them down, and then maybe some things with the engine as well...but since you have to remove the head you might as well go ahead and pull...

that custom intake PVC-looking thing.....does it have a vacc. line feed? i believe your vacuum system should have a line running to it....the stock setup does and if you forgot that, i'd wait for more confirmation to see if you NEED it. b/c it might be your problem. good luck.
