for the timing, I top dead centered the cams, and the crank, then put the belt on. Other than that I guess im not so sure how to check that it is correct.
Im a little stumped. I pulled the motor for a rebuild. Put it all back in, got it wired up but it wont fire. Ive got fuel, and spark. This is whats confusing to me. Oh ya, its a 1J with a microtech standalone. Any ideas would be greaty appriciated

Im going to be putting my motor back together in the next couple days. I spun 2 rod bearings. Ive got a new to me good condition crank, rods and pistons along with ACL bearings. Its not so much the actually assembly Im worried about.

I dont have alot of the specifics right now. Right now, Im just trying to see if there is an intrest so that I dont waste my time getting all the info together only to find out no one wants these.
There is definatly more resistance in the alternator, I can feel it when turning it by hand...
still wating on those numbers. I never got a chance to test my stocker, because it was old and f'ed, but when I get to installing mine I'll get some numbers
