I can build about 4psi. More than likely your stock gauge is a little slow and doesn't read it. Try an aftermarket boost gauge.

I ran neck and neck with an 05 350z 6spd last year. I was on stock boost with all the mods i have now just on stock boost. Its not hard to believe that a MKIII on 13psi beat one.
