Intake and exhaust if you're not gonna do the headgasket. I made it a point to replace my headgasket, all gaskets and seals before I even thought about turning up the boost.

I dont think that the gauge would read the boost unless the gauge was tapped into the intake tract BEFORE the leak. My gauge is tapped in at the intake manifold and when I had a boost leak the gauge would read 4-5psi and I'd be hitting FC.
