Wow, that seems really reasonable. I have no info on it, But I can tell you DM def is not the fastest shipper. I ordered about $300 worth of misc items about 3 weeks ago.. I received ONE of the about 6 items today.

Subscribed, Very interested in this thread. A few Concerns/comments 1. This being an N/A motor, It could use all the extra bolts on for power possible..Not interested in a set of Adj. Cam gears or better flowing headers/Exhaust ? ? 2. Whats wrong with the ACIS ? Also..You still need the ARP...

One other thing, Ive read in a few articles that you are suppose to back off the head bolts one at a time until it "cracks" and then re torque.Is this accurate ?

yea I was just reading that whole section..Whats the deal with step 12 and letting it sit overnight and then re torquing again ?

Just throwin this out there. How would this set up be ? Size 18x8.5 Front, 18x10 Rear Offset 20mm Front , 25mm Rear Lip Size 2.5" Front, 3" Rear Would it still be flush ?

Why 72 ? ....is that the max ft lbs. for an oem HG ?

Yes he did but as Poodles said, They are ok to be reused. I think i'll just re torque to 70 ft lbs. for a little more insurance. I have the arps and a HKS MHG is things go astray.

So, Im buying a n/a 1990 supra at the end of the month. The oem HG went on it and the previous owner installed another OEM HG with original head bolts.He torqued them down to 68 ft lbs.Its been on for i think around 600 miles, Is it a good time to either retorque to to 70-75 ft lbs or upgrade...

Me neither...usually But, I saw them on a photo shoot on here and this was the closest i could find on ebay. And the supra I'm in the midst of buying has a red exterior with a gray molding so , I thought i'd be perfect.
