The flywheel is in great shape. I know I installed the throwout bearing correctly. I guess I just need to adjust the pedal. I can't believe it can cause that much slippage. I think the noise is just because it's new.

I think that was the original bearing from 1987. I bought the car from a little old lady who bought it new and I don't think she ever had the clutch changed.
