More than likely its the synchro. Try changing the gear oil in your trans with some Redline MT-90 or go to any GM dealer and get some Synchromesh. I have synchromesh in mine and it still grabs a little bit, but I have the turbo transmission and they tend to be notchier than the NA's transmission.
