I dunna know personaly I think its best you keep your clothes on while searching for live wires. I think best thing to do would be to get a copy of the TSRM from ebay for ~$5.00 or there is a site(cant think of iot now) that has the TSRM online and you can use the wireing diagram from there...

are the subs setup in serial or paralell or do they each each have their own channel? Serial would = ~8 ohms Paralell would = ~2 ohms which equils driveing the amp very very hard.

I know this is a double post But! I bought the LED's from superbright LEDs and they are direct replacements for the regular dash bulbs no resistors to solder on. Altho I believe the Oil Pressure replacement needs to be trimmid back so it can actually reflect the light properly. other than that...
