    At first I figured with forged pistons what's the point, but then I thought with a big oil cooler what's really the down side? But then there's the turbo drain and knock sensors...I may call Toyota in the morning for a crank and block just out of curiosity. Maybe I can trade my .20 over...

    Thanks IJ but the 90 I had my mind set on had a early block swapped in:( Now I got an engine worth a parts and no block to go to the builder:( Going back north for work in a week. So if anyone has a block in the lowermainland help me out. Merry Christmas. Edit: Nice bobs;)

    Being turbo I would make sure the line from the valve covers to the pre turbo is good. Once you get into boost air is going to be coming out of the TB neways.

    No doubt, but the only difference between the two engines was the 6m/7m crank(and "beefier" block), no argument there. So how are people "over reving" there setup, and how are they doing it. Is a standalone the only way? The 7m crank is heavier and can't be revved as high, sounds like b***...

    Ahhhhh!!!!...LOL Who's reving past the 6250/6500RPM limits, how, and what internals are you running. Is it possible to do it with a piggyback? Also what spins up/higher better, 6m/7m crank? Basically I wanna rev my engine over stock. With the maft pro, there must be a way to trick the ecu.
