Have you checked the thermostat? I remember very vaguely, that sometimes it can get stuck either open or closed, causing abnormal temp readings. -Joe

Check for codes! I would also check the fluid. If it hasn't been changed in awhile dirty fluid could cause problems such as this.

ZOMGWTF!!1!1!! I remember when I made it to 100, I was like sweet.

After much withdrawal, and long months of procrastination I finally have a car again! The new auto tranny is some seriously hot titz! The car runs amazingly, and when it shifts you almost don't feel it, its that smooth. Yet for some reason, I'm afraid to drive it. I'm just waiting for something...
