    My brother has a Probe and although its quick, it lacks power. Off the line the thing is faster then hell but when cruising it just dosnt have the power like the Supra. I would with no doubt say it would win off the line but after that no contest.

    Good info! But anyway, how do I go about doing a compression test? I've never done one, and have no idea about how I would go about it. As for the PCV system, what can I check to make sure that isnt that problem? Which hoses are part of the system, and what would be required to check it? -Joe

    How would I know if my rings are fried? I have noticed sometimes a small puff of burnt oil will come out of the exhaust, but this isnt very often.

    I dont know if this is a problem or anything but my dipstick keeps popping out. Not completely but just partially. I cant think of why it does this, and I havnt noticed any change in anything. The dipstick just kinda comes out, not sure from pressure or what. So just tell me if this means...

    How do you now my Supra is always fine? I never mentioned anything about it being in tip-top performance shape 100% of the time. I ment that us N/a people have (for the most part) less problems to worry about then the turbo's.

    You know your an N/A owner when you start to look for problems even though you know you have none, and rarely have any. Often wishing you were turboed just to have a reason to be under the hood.

    Well, the fan shroud helps focus the air towards the engine. I guess it really dosnt matter, but I think it actually might increase the amount of noise from the fan if you take it off. This is just a speculation but I guess it wouldnt matter to much if you did.
