As for question #2, it's tough to estimate a hp expectation since you made no mention of turbo and induction system? If it's the stock turbo, then possible 300 - 320whp at about 16 - 18psi. Also, FYI the VPC will eschew the need for the FCD ;)

IIRC, Qwikstrike gets ~100psi on cold start and about 40 - 80psi on warm idle and cruise. PM qwikstrike for more info.

You're out of luck buddy :(. The MkIII's lack the required port for connecting this unit. The unit is compatible with OBD2 cars, more specially probably 2001 and later. The MkIII's are a "FEW" generations too early.

Inspect the rear wheel tire wells also, you may be surprised or disappointed...
