Paying about $275 for 6mos on an 87 TT in GA.

Just got mine yesterday, looks VERY good. It apears it will take very little grinding to match the miss drilled holes. The shipping carton says "Truspeed part#B2" ? Workmanship looks very good. After I install it will let you know how the fit, performance etc are.

Anyone know for sure what the bolt size for the clutch housing to the block is. It seems to be 10mm, however the thread seems finer pitch than a standard 10mm size. ?? I am trying to mount the engine on a stand for rebuilding and I don't want to strip or cross thread these holes.

Yes, mine (87 turbo) is leaking also. You can change the lines without pulling the engine. I am just lazy and have not gotten to it yet. Auto parts stores will be a lot cheaper than Toyota. Go for it.

Thanks for the comments, yes I now have a ARP head stud set to use with this engine. I also will replace ALL the hoses and soft stuff under the hood. Not planning massive power something modest perhaps 300-350 rwhp or so and just drive it. But I want it to be reliable.
