the paxton booster pumps are the same thing, but with out mustangs we usually have to bump them up to a 255 walboro, then the booster on top of that.
they don't work as well as expected, and cause alot of the older stock pumps to fail. that's why everyone goes with a walboro
with that said... how many runs is very important. on hp tv today they were showing royal purple compared to normal oil, the RP actually had a gain too and a pretty good one. the guy on tv said that the more times you cycle it on the dyno, the more gains it gets.
now i'm wondering if the...
out of those vehicles, it looks like the only forced induction car, actually lost power
could it have possibly not been gapped properly? or wonder if it just sucks for turbo/sc cars?
yeah it's spendy. for that price plus the cost of the walboro's you could go with an external single, and have enough money left over to run braided line everywhere
update on the actual car build:
working with someone to get me some 680cc injectors, innovative wideband and hks hg right now.
yesterday ordered mapecu2, sent deposit to sethron71 for a long runner ffim, got my king bearings in on thursday, (still waiting on thrust washers) machine shop...
i'm getting an ffim fabbed up by sethron and had some questions for those of you with the ffim's already.
i'm getting long runner, alt relocation and a/c delete, battery relocation
would you recommend it to be angled out through the battery location, or straight down? whichever one, why...

it had some really bad casting marks around the bolt holes that couldn't be worked out easily, even with tools. i think this pipe was made on friday afternoon at 4:30 on...
those are dangerous.. well that one rotor front brake and soft ass forks. i had a 250 ninja with a +15 rear, it had no plastics, headlight or anything else, couldn't do an endo, but it was a perfect bike for practicing brake control and circle wheelies. hell i don't even think it would reach...
yeah, i wish peple could understand this. if they are just learning, start between 4,5,6 then move down to the lower gears. 1-2 should be the last shift you practice with, becuase it is the easiest one to bend your forks/drum
yeah dude, i haven't personally been riding for the past 7+ years and rebuilding wrecks reselling them at the rate of 2-3 per year. i've probably owned more motorcycles than you are in years old.
you fail
it doesn;t stop your motor, it shuts off fuel to relieve pressure on the forks, then goes again once it's in gear. it's the same thing my air shifter does, and it's the same thing when you manually burp the throttle with pressure on the shifter.
if you bent your forks/damaged your drum, i'm...
the proper way to do it would be to buy a set of lowering links for $75 (for a good set) shaving the seat is common practice though cause it's free :icon_razz
a zx14 is not "comfortable" it sounds like you have never owned any other street bike, and riding other people's bikes occasionaly doesn't count for "experience"
you said "just because a bike is fast or has the potential to be fast doesn't mean it has to be ridden fast."
then
"still...
i was just giving an example, as i said before most experienced riders never use the clutch from second through sixth on the street. hell even most of the guys who have experience on street bikes, shift their cruisers the same way
upshifting like this is not bad for a motorcycle
