YES!! Be sure to replace the head gasket and the bolts!!!! Those will be the biggest problems to deal with!!! Hell,you might as well put some spacers on the turbo acuator while it's out. If the intake is different than the US version,i'm guessing that it is because the one you bought from Japan...

the stock set up uses oil pressure to open a valve to circulate the oil vs a PROPER set up that uses oil temp to open said valve. i would suggest the temp version.
