    Best direct fit intercooler?

For a 1991 turbo that is. I found three potentials; 1. Spearco 2-142, 18.5x6x3.5 2. GReedy 10.5x10.4x4.5 3. HK$ 15.75x10x2.5 Has anyone out there have these installed? Easy to install,or no? Performance gains?

Need help, got some real bad news about the Supra today.

There should be be SOME oil in the intercooler, thats just natural. And as for shaft play,it really depends on how much. If it's alot, then you probably have a oil seal in the turbo going bad, hence the oil in the intercooler. The seal should not be difficult to replace by an experienced shop.

    bov install

All per Grimjack; Ok, here's the deal. On the Supra, the BOV is usually attached after the air flow meter. This means that any time the BOV opens, you are losing unmetered air, and your engine promptly runs very rich. Some people have had problems with it running so rich it stalls, more have...

    I broke a sensor. help

It could be one of many sensors. One is for the temp gauge, another for the A/C sensor, another for the A/C fans and the last I think is a temp/vac sensor,it has 2 vac lines going to it.

    Uh oh.... =(

I guess the best way to clean your motor is to make sure that any electronics are covered up. Water around the spark plug galley is a big no-no.That will only add hours of maintenance because you'll have to dis-assemble everything covering the area just to get to where it's wet to make it dry.I...
