ok here is what you can do look in all the big fuses an see if any of them look blown other than that the only fuseable link looks like your black wire on the top right id say ake sure its plugged in all the way or test it to make sure its not shorted out in side the sleeving... easy if you have...

a little info if its' your dash lights that wont come on then your dimmer switch may have gone out, thats what happened in my 90. when i changed the switch WHAMMMOOO!!! it worked.
