Ninja 250 is a bit buzzy at speed. Then again, any sport style bike isn't really good for long trips (the older 250's have a better riding position for that, but it's still buzzy). Hey, just like a miata at highway speeds

No Heat Unless Set to 85

No idea. The quick test is to put your hand over it and see if it blows warm again (mine did).

    Cam seals refuse to seal.

Are you greasing the inside of the seal before you put them on?

    RAINING like a MOH-FOH... crispcaptured

Love driving in the rain. Just like being out in the rain, but under some kind of cover, it's an odd experience that I enjoy. Of course it's all spoiled by the other people on the road not knowing how to fing drive when it's dry, so it's completely FUBAR when we have adverse conditions...

88625-20140 It's the same for all years, and it's cheap. It's the entire sensor.

Honestly, any bike that will easily wheelie (i.e. anything 600cc and above, especially if it's modern) is a terrible choice for a beginner. Most people get bored of a Ninja 250 because they think they're too big for it. It's always fun to watch the videos of guys that actually know how to ride...

No Heat Unless Set to 85

See that little gizmo under the wiper blade? If yours looks like that, that's your problem. It's the light sensor for the climate control, and it's supposed to have a smoked plastic cover over it. Without the cover it thinks the sun is really intense, so it compensates by blowing cold. 65...

I found a bolt on turbo upgrade!!!!

Just like how a standalone ECU is better than piggybacks. Upgraded CT is cheap and effective.

http://vuurwapenblog.com/2011/10/05/how-well-do-melonite-and-nickel-boron-failzero-resist-corrosion-part-2/#comments :) Chroming the barrel would probably be the hardest part. The rest of it is pretty easy. I know jdub has done nickel boron before, doesn't sound too difficult so shouldn't be...

    Few QUICK questions

550/lexus setup is safe without a tune. It will benefit from a tune, but it's not necessary.

A good steam cleaner will remove cosmoline well. All you have to do is get it hot enough to melt and it runs off. On the wood, it has the effect of removing dents as well, so win/win situation there. The wood is the biggest issue with cosmoline as it soaks in. Steam might not get enough out...

    Few QUICK questions

Is it possible? Sure, but if you're adding that much fuel through the tuning device, you're basicly fooling the ECU into thinking more air is entering the engine...lowering fuel cut. You have to add fuel somehow, so you either run ridiculous fuel pressure to try and make your stock injectors...

    Best battery to buy?

Anything that isn't a typical lead/acid battery. basicly any of the "sealed" batteries will work fine, just find one that fits and supplies enough CCA. Also keep in mind that our cars run reverse poles compared to normal batteries. No, this doesn't mean that you put the red wire on the...

    Racing style door panels?

You don't want to cutout that sheetmetal. Unless of course you want your doors to stop being rigid (and a stress member like they are on targa cars). I think you're looking in the wrong places to remove weight...
