Fantastic work, this is by far the best rebuild I have ever seen. You must really love the MK3 Supra, I envy you. It's a shame you won't be done for the NE2K7, would've loved to meet you. Take care of that car!!
Not sure if my input counts but....I been running 20psi on 93oct with my SP63 ever since I had it installed. I never had a problem except in the hot summer days (Eric (Zazz) explained that). I will however advise you to put a lower psi spring in there because sometimes in FL it gets kind of...
I was away on vacation, my sister calls me up saying the Supra's headlights are flashing and horn is beeping (stock alarm). There was no sign of break in whatsoever. She didn't know how to turn off the alarm so the battery died with the headlights up. I jumped the car and put the key in the...
Thank you for the quick response, when it goes back to the shop I will put to pcv back to stock and see what happens. Would an old never replaced pcv cause this? I don't ever remember changing the pcv valve when I purchased the car.
I highly doubt it is the turbo seals as the turbo is...

Well, with the Jim King BBK pedal stiffness is only noticeable after at least one pump on the brake pedal. I spoke to Jim King about that and he mentioned something about a 1 or 2psi bleeder valve?
I spoke to others and upgrading the stock MS to something slighter...
I just took the car out for a ride and Yes it does shoot blue smoke. I noticed it shooting blue smoke only when I get off of it after I went WOT. Is that a sign of valve seals or something else? Thanks
Well, I'll have some updated pics of the engine soon and you can see if the catch can was run correctly. I can post pics now, but I want to wait a bit, just a little bit more cleaning to do. Or maybe I should wait until the magazine comes out?
Actually no, my cousin's were in another car and they saw blue smoke everytime I took off. As far me looking for blue smoke, I only look at my side mirrors because my rear hatch window is tinted blue :). Everybody saw blue smoke, so I know I'm not color blind.
By the way, the catch can has...
I took out all the spark plugs only to find #3 plug wire barely connected and #6 not connected (the shop must've forgotten). I also took a flashlight and looked into all cylinder's only to find everything dry except #3 and #6. #3 was a tiny bit moist, #6 was a little more moist. Moistness...
I recently had undergone an extreme engine makeover, etc...When I start the car, it shoots blue smoke out and I was wondering why? Compression was checked 165 across the board. Ran oil catch can from valve covers to can to intake pipe, is that correct? On April 2006, I sent in the turbo to SP...
