Ok guys thanks for the help. I do actually feel silly that I didn't think of this right away. I just got a couple of long bolts that fit the holes where the hanger whent and bolted the chain straight too the head.

Don't know if there are two. The fuel pump has a filter/sock on it, and then there will be the normal fuel filter probably in the engine bay someplace ( no idea where on a Supra, haven't looked for it yet ) So, if your filter is clean, pump is new, have you actually tested for power at the...
