Yea its not clamped yet, if you noticed there aren't any nuts on the manifold studs either. I was just getting that oil line to fit right.

CT-26 SS oil drain line on SP61GT

It should work, I might need to rotate the fitting to straighten it out some. The reason I did it this way because the drain that came with the kit didn't fit right. The pipe from the turbo hung lower than the hole in the block. If you notice the first 2 pics its actually a smooth bend, the...

not boosting when gauge shows boost

Check for boost leaks. Don't forget the Throttle Body coupler, that one gets overlooked all the time. I guess it could be the manifold or the turbo is loose, wouldn't hurt to check also.

Misc hoses, seals, bolts after BHG job

WERD!!!! Those things are little bitches! Replace then now and often. Especially the one on the back, it gets so much heat from the turbo and exhaust manifold that it cracks and leaks like once a year!

Plz help me with a Supra descision.

I would go with #2. Sounds like it was better taken care of and sounds like you'll take care if it since it won't be a year round DD. #1 sounds like it has been beaten on. I know the 1jz can take it but I would go with #2.

Misc hoses, seals, bolts after BHG job

Form In Place Gasket Its kinda like silicone caulk, but for cars. You'll need it to do the cam seals, when you put the front cam bearing caps back on they need a line of FIPG inbetween them and the head.

    Me? Fuel Cut? No way!

So you shimmed the wastegate, which pegged the stock boost gauge, but you don't want to install the MBC until you get an aftermarket gauge? Try this after you install your mechanical boost gauge and MBC. http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1811&highlight=afm+fuel

Not sure if this is normal?

I was gonna say, are your hoses soft after you pop the cap? They might just be old and dried out.

Misc hoses, seals, bolts after BHG job

The front crank seal and oil pump driveshaft seal are right on the front of the block. If you are doing your timing belt you will be able to access these 2 seals with ease. The rear main you have to have the trans and flywheel out.

    Downpipe Gasket

50 Bucks???? Really??? I got an entire turbo gasket kit from Curt Aigner @ Elmhurst Toyota for like 80. Oil gaskets, coolant gaskets, manifold > turbo, turbo > elbow and elbow > downpipe. But yea if its not falling apart I would just reuse it.
