If you look, there is a metal bushing that slides over to firmly grip the lower bushing in the coilover/shock. You have to slide it back out to make room (don't grind/cut, it's not needed)

High rev and throwing it into reverse or park? Either that or spinning the tires and having them rapidly stop from hitting something. There's always a chance it had a fault in the crank, but it's rare...

Looks like it's the last cylinder, so I'm assuming some crazy drivetrain shock.
