you need a good wide band, like innovate lc1 with xd16, or an aem one. then you need to get it tuned on a dyno.

i am hearing that when you tune with a safc you can raise boost cut, is this true? my car is boosting to 15psi (not using a boost controller) with my exhaust system, granted it is pretty cold out, 45*, but i hate hitting boost cut in 2nd 3rd 4th gear everytime:( i dont realy want to use...

check your tps its very important for the car to run right, even if the cars not stock. you just need a multimeter and feeler gauges, there are threads how to do it with pictures to make it even easier. google how to adjusts your tps on 7mgte.
