its on my calander, i wont be in the supra! cause its stored now :) ripping the engine out the week after this meet. just called the guys at D&G got a price quote these guys are expensive but not as expensive as i thought theyd be! :)
don't forget to get the ARP bolts for the flexplate. they handle way better than the stock bolts..so they wont get loose. or you could get some stock ones and grease it up with locktite :D
did you tell your neighbor to mind is own damn business and suck your penis? cause thats what i woulda said..he can come over and MAKE me take my car off my jackstands he just better take extra precautions cause ill put his head in a table vice asshole.
anyways..i have a cracked flexplate...
you're making sure the car is at TDC right? it should just come off after you take out the hold down bolt and make sure its TDC....could be a bitch to pull out cause its old. who knows..maybe someone else can chime in?
im leaking like a mofo too when it rains out i find water all over my fucking trunk. so i need to figure out where these leaks are comin from...ive theorized the wiper motor area and the hatch seal itself...
regardless, it cost him 50k for just all that crap :\
personally from experience with subarus they are a waste of time to mod. why? too tough to work on too tough on the wallet (way more than an mk3) they are best kept stock and remain stock. maybe a little exhaust cause thats what makes...
boom! go get it! hope you dont use it as a winter machine, unless you like drifting everywhere you go without little effort :P
thats why i have my EJ22e wagon! :O
lol thats all really easy to do on these cars acutally. just make sure you know what yer doin! Blown head gaskets are a plague on 7m's so its good to get the engine machined if it hasnt been already. also get a metal headgasket.
still signifigantly cheaper than a subaru mod.
