I am having the same symptoms as in this thread:

Brake light, Tail light and battery. Flashing on and off, sometimes staying on.
Usually happens a few minutes in to driving and happens inconsistently. I...
Good point. Well I'll keep checking. The EGR code is no longer coming up though. I do have a free retest. I'll do some more test driving and see what happens.
Not blocked. My mechanic managed to get it to engage/cycle and the engine stumbled.
We had to do some other bits in the engine bay and found a loose ground (on top of the engine lol) and an 02 sensor covered in steering fluid (fixed that leak now of course) and connected poorly.
Have sorted...

So I read on a thread here there are TWO KS on my motor. I replaced the one near the starter (it was broken in half!, idiot prev. owner) where is the other?!
Any advice for dealing with this code?
EDIT: Found a thread that had pictures in it but the pictures dont work anymore. Been...
How much horsepower have you guys managed to get through the stock fuel pump?
Sorry if my wording stinks, I'm asking this on someone else's behalf. Thanks.
OK well the fluid is in there already so thats doin its job.

Anyway, it looks like I have a direction to go in. Thanks
cant remember.
disconnected EGR (vacuum lines) and car runs the same as when connected. this means EGR is not working, right?
EDIT: I believe it was 41
EDIT EDIT: Thing is, I'm sitting there out in the yard with the engine running, NO check engine light. Only happens after driving for a while...
NO was crazily high. EGR gives a check engine light but so does throttle position sensor and knock sensor.
I know the KS is new and if all those three were indeed not working the car wouldnt run, right?
The codes are cleared each time I turn off the car and only come back after a few minutes...
The misfire is fixed. Otherwise I wouldnt have driven the thing. I'll try some of that cleaner. I've never pulled SEEN an injector let alone pulled one.
So I failed pretty bad.
I'm hoping its related to what happened yesterday. Engine was misfiring pretty badly. Turned out water (LOADS) had got under the valve cover. I had a horrendous water later from the heater control valve hose (subsequently fixed).
Emissions tester guy said it may be...
Just popped it back on, is that ok? Last year my emissions were fine, but just took it to be tested today and it failed. Surely this is not something that affects this?
