ok, here's the content list brought back to a fresh page, if you see that something is missing, fill it in, or if you have a picture of one of these items (if it's possible, and clean :) ) you can send it to me and i'll try to start organizing some of this crap (hopefully a TON of it :) )...
OneJArpus, are you able to build the actual site? I'll help with what I can, when I can, but if you can get a skeleton started, we can get this rolling.. let me know.. Im gonna recopy the list dugums had once I find it.. then we can see who would be willing to do which part :)
Not sure of the part number, but that'd be around the EGR cooler lines I believe? I have one on an old head that's in pretty good shape, I'll snap ya a pic tomorrow if that works for ya?
Yeah the whole reason for the Lex AFM and 550's is because it's a matched 25% increase in air and fuel, if you only do one or the other, you aren't going to be able to raise the fc, now you're only getting 25% more air, and your fuel is the same. Upgrade to 550's and you'll be set :)
Oh, and have a reputable machine shop prep your block for a MHG if that's what you end up using, and when I did mine with the ARP head studs, you can get the bottoming tap from Driftmotion to make sure the studs screw down in far enough, then you can torque them to more than, i dunno.. 15 lbs? :-)
lol @ the mechanic if he "eyeballed" the flatness of the head for warpage.. And as for a block being "too old for 'those' torque specs".. wow.. slap that dude, or actually.. hit him with the gasket a few times.. pure fail on his part.
yeah that sounds good, let's get this going again.. Once I drop my engine back into my car it'll be really clean, we have anyone around that's decent with photoshop or whatnot?
That line is a much better flowing line since it's not crush bent like the stock tube.. and like hvy said it's just a removal of the oil pan to switch them :)
Could that be a ground connector that may have broken off of your starter? I didn't check to see what color mine was, but that's what it made me think of... Those pieces are flimsy as hell and break if you're not babying it taking the starter out, and without the right ground your voltage won't...
Could be air.. sounds like a good place to check, my friends car, not a supra but still.. Had some CRAZY wiring problems left behind from an old gauge cluster that was in the car.. like a white faced gauge fukup lol
son of a.... so that kinda kills it.. unless someone else around can provide what dugums was gonna do.. the skeleton and such for the site.. was he planning on hosting it as well? I have done a lot of websites and such in my day, but I don't have the time nor the expertise it seemed he had.. :(...
