not that I know of... i have problems burning brake light bulbs out because my hatch leaks.. but u said your bulbs were ok? did u check for water in the tails? my bulbs didn't look burned out but they were.. check that maybe?
I'd be willing to bet you have injectors that are going bad.. my car ran GREAT until it got hot enough to short an injector out.. found the bad injector by unplugging them one by one to see which one didn't cause a change.. replaced it, and i was good to go..

Something wrong happened during rebuild, or you got a bad gasket.. sounds like 1, 2, 3 are dead or dying... that's where you're coolant is coming from I bet...

Ok, update.. I just went ahead and pulled all the pins from the two connectors (after I made note of where they WERE first lol).. I started putting the 89 harness pins back into the B1 connector from the car itself (89 na 5 speed), by matching the wire colors.. now..

So I did the gte motor into my 89 na, got the gray plug ecu, harness, and engine, all from the same car.. now.. the b1 plug by the ecu doesnt match up.. I am going to repin it.. but I've looked though the tsrm and the tewd and just can't find the right page..

just remembered, that with my n/a, it would run perfect when cold, then when it warmed up, it'd run like sh*t.. started unplugging injectors, turned out one of my injectors was shot when it got warm.. unplugged it, and nothing changed.. maybe you have an injector dying?
just went through all of this.. weird part about mine, is the gray plug ecu and the ecu plugs were gray, that all worked out.. the big middle square plug doesn't seem to line up with the dash plug... very odd.. but ^ should work like Cy said.. lol
