Hey guys, just wondering if it was possible to get an 88 supra without TEMS and still get the sport package.... because my car has the headlamp washers and i'm wondering if it also has an lsd (picking it up tomorrow, cant wait!)... but it doesnt have TEMS.... did the open diff on the supra...

I have an 88 supra and I'm not a real fan of the tailights... I'm just wondering how hard would it be to swap them out for the tailights off an 89+ supra? Is it just the tail lights and the area around the license plate? Thanks!

I went to napa yesterday and they told me they could colourmatch the gray metallic paint (167)... It will only cost $25 Can in an aerosol can.. plus cost of a can of clear. I'm looking forward to trying it out!

Ya.. we have a napa in my town, I'll see if I can get some colour matched paint for it... I went to look at the car again today (dont have it at my house)... and the ding on the door looks like it could almost be fixed with that touch up brush paint with the ball point end.. very small...

Was it a good match to your factory paint? What did you do to prep the area before you start?

my dad was talking about some cleaner you can put in with the oil that clears out all the clogs or something like that... dont quote me on it tho.

yea, come to think of it, it was a little ticking noise coming from all of the cylinders... sounding like a sewing machine, (sounds like the car that was in the dyno test video when it was idleing).... so worst case is I might have to replace a couple of the lifters, or I think it could be that...

Interior is in great shape... he was a carpet layer, so he had glue on his hands when he drove his car sometimes, so it ate away the stearing wheel... and the armrest is worn out from 180,000km of driving... and e-brake same thing.. interior is spotless otherwise...
