Do this now before you have problems. Retorque the stock head bolts to 72-75 ft/lbs before the HG wants to blow. That's the only weak spot in the car that I can see. I love the interior leather!

Yeah, that's about the same that I've got, and 250 HP is about what I'm think I've got, with more torque of course ;).

Duct tape FTW. Lots of it, get a metal pipe left over from a muffle shop and rig it in there would be even better than the tape.

The time does fly by once you're out. It's been going on almost 4 years for me and it still feels like it was only yesterday, but so much has changed since then... I'd love to go back and do it again, and I'd do it differently too.

Yes and yes. Excessive wear/damage can and will occur. The R154 wasn't meant to have it's gears floated, but it can be done. Ask kwnate about his world famous 1/4 mile pass ;).
