Get the supra or just buy a camero with an lt motor. However boost is a magical thing :)
If you rebuild the stock motor, upgrade the stock turbo, get some 550's injectors, lex afm or maft-pro and get it tuned and you smoke most z28/SS cameros that arent track cars.

You arent going to beat very many modern cars with a stock mkIII
The stock mkIII so damn slow... The power range I would put a stock mkIII in would be the integras, civic si, all 80’s sports cars minus the high dollar cars, pretty much all 6...
Take the pressure plate to a clutch shop and ask the to inspect it. However most shops wont to any rebuilding b/c of the way the pull type pressure plate is made, but you can always buy a new one.
Our pressure plates are very well built and most are in good shape.
