I would like to get this and the Vortex generators if possible. Can we get some more info on this? Really looking forward to the Vortex generators and how they attach and sute the car.

Meh, my 2jz started as a USDM one. Now I do not have any of the parts that made the USDM engine different from the JDM one. Standalone, HKS cams and 880cc inj.

That should not be a problem at all, on my T67 untuned at 1bar I was at 460whp 2jz but should not make much difference.
Car looks great, very similar to mine.
Its going on a 1jz, but that should not make much difference. There no more than 1" longer than 2jz coils and I have seen those on 7M's with lots of room to spare.
They are all Twin turbo to start if you are getting a 2JZ-GTE.
This is a classic case of lack of research, if you had done some you would know that its well worth it to do a 2jz-gte swap. If you can do it for $2200 (very unlikely) then have at it and let us know what the total is when done.
That's how I have mine done, should work out well and is nice and easy to install and fill. I'm at the same point as you, just need to install the nozzle and wire it.

I was blowing mine out gapped at .032 running 15psi on my 2j with a T67. That was on my AEM and stock ignition though, now with the ViPEC and the LSx coils I'm running .035 gap and no problem.
I hit 35psi on a few boost spikes with a Stock head gasket and stock head bolts no problem. I mainly ran around at 25psi on a 66mm turbo with no problems.
Just want to correct you here, you can not turn the boost lower than the WG spring with a boost controller. If you are hitting boost cut with just a DDP and exhaust adding a boost controller will not help it.
External waste gates get old fast, I cant wait to re route mine.
