Yeah, mine dislocated out of the front, I got three anchors in my shoulder and one of those is for my bicep tendon and the other two are in there somewhere. Good luck with your recovery, its been two months for me and physical therapy has already got me doing lateral raises with weight now.

What kind of surgery was it? I got surgery on my shoulder about 2 months ago and they called it a SLAP repair, and it was because of range of motion.
