Just for the record here, the rod knock you possibly have usually happens due to coolant in the oil (again, usually from a BHG). The coolant and oil mixture is corosive to soft bearings and will eat them away, causing the rod knock. Not all BHG's lead to rod knock, you don't always blow them by...

I've had no problems with suprasport, I've bought from them before, they're easy to communicate with too. Just like any place, make sure the shit you try to order is in stock first.
