you will probably spend way more for OEM speakers and get a shitty $0.25 china crap (if they even have it) any aftermarket speaker will do better. you can fit 6.5's in any year but the ported box will have to be removed.

I was missing both the pin on the fork and the wavvy washer...they werent installed at all. Feels decent now except the fact the clutch point is near the top.

actually the fork was fine..it was missing the pin. My mistake. The trust cone spring was also missing during the first installation...thats now fixed.

so i got the car back today...everything feels solid and amazing!! only thing is the clutch engagement point is near the top of the pedal... i would've thought it would go down with a new clutch.. but I noticed this with a lot of r154s... is this normal for our cars? anyway to adjust it?

yep I have a stock soarer (1jz-r154) the lexus sc400 cant touch it.

well we found one of the problems...clutch fork came out in more then one piece, lol Pressure plate, disc and flywheel all look solid.

that sounds about right, I just want to take it somewhere else..this guy is not willing to help me at all (prolly because he already got his pay from me when I brought the car in the first time)

Your kidding right? Several of us in Canada have important low mileage (30-70km) supras, soarers, aristos, etc for around that price range in immaculate condition...Including I We import them directly from Japan Albeit, more difficult to find then higher mileage cars (100+km) but if you do...

Honestly, just buy a RHD supra... they have lower miles, better condition, better features, etc and some come with 1jz..and they are dirty cheap (looking at 3-5k for a 30-70km car if you know where to look...)

its not a supra its a soarer, I do some work on my own, but I have to drive this car everyday, and its minus 20 celcius right now. The supra I do all my own work on.
