Good luck with that. The only thing capable of removing that crap is gasoline. The fact that it would screw up the paint would turn me away from it though. If I find something else that won't mess with the paint, I'll let you know.

In a couple weeks I will be replacing all of my hoses. I might start tearing into my spare engine as well and get it ready to swap. (It's a little odd that everything is always getting easier the more you do it, no matter how long it's been since the last time.)

Well, at least they are making progress in certain areas of alternative fuels. Just an FYI for anyone who wants to run E-85. All you need is a race grade fuel filter and an ECU re-tune.

The connection for that is up with the cluster of wires on the passenger side of the engine, with the temp, oil pressure, etc. If you have only 6 inches of wire you're going to need to get the pre-89 O2 sensor so it will reach.
