UPDATE:
havent done much but i have made more progress on tuning
still playing around with my user tune low and user tune mid
i have been driving to work all week with a 15.0-15.8 afr
40 miles 1 way made my fuel mileage go up to 25 mpg lol i love it
but unfortunetly the TCCS isnt happy...
thanks for the links
ill be playing with my ve table this weekend
from what i understand the VF signal isnt as fast to respond as the AFR coming from the aem uego
so add heat, confusion, regret, frustation and impatience
i was fucking up a lot lol
just read through the whole thread
car looks really nice
glad to see it up and running again
props on sweating your ass off with the garage door shut just to put your car together
BTW: cummins beige makes finding oil leaks on the busses at work very easy
i once called about a turbo for my jdm 2nd gen 3sgte
it was in the ballpark of $4000 dollars lol
ISCV at my local toyota was quoting $600
heck my courtesy light door switches costed $25 a piece
another member told me he paid $15 a piece lol
exactly as i have been understanding from extensive reading
but i did find a little issue today
i have my user tune low set to zero on the 400-800 area after adjusting my ve table for the ve cells
my afr is a nice 14.7 but every once and a while after sitting to long it will go to 16 or 17...
Seems like me and you are at the same point lol
As much as I have read and interpretted the user tunes are for pretty much getting your vf to be happy
Then do some match and add that number to your ve cell
If you find any more info let me know
update for my problem
when i 1st installed maft pro i had a stupid attack and used butt connectors to put all my wires together
well last night when i was going to leave work i tried to adjust my map and screwed everything all up lol
i was going to remove maft pro and then diagnose my weird...
im in the same exact boat as you
from what another member has told me the mainscale should be zero with stock size injectors
have you gone to fullthrottletech.com or turboninjas.com
good info there
right now im having a issue with getting my vf signal to work
for some reason its lazy lol
UPDATE:
after speaking with another member
he shed some knowledge on me
i found out i wasnt using the VE table #2 so that was all goofed up
then reset everything in the user tunes back to zero
installed o2, reset ecu and presto shes running
now i just got to play with vf and afr then...
