The only difference that I know is that the 89-92 Supras with the 3-peice spoiler have a different kind of antenna but all 86-88 Supras(with or with out spoilers) and the 89-92 Supras with out spoilers are the same.

You should ask your mechanic what did he torque the head blots down to.

10 mpg does not sound good. I would check all of your intercooler pipes and make sure that you dont have any air leaks. Is your engine light on or do you have any codes?

I will also keep a eye out on ebaymotors to see if anyone lists a greddy exhaust kit for a mk3 Supra.

Are your fuses ok(like your gauge fuse). If all of your fuses are ok then I would think that you might have a short somewhere in the wiring. Also when you say that you removed the green circuit board did you check to make sure that nothing is riped or loose in the connections?

Maybe check for any air leaks in the intercooler piping.
