need the right copper crush washer. dont reuse old ones. teflon tape is a pure nono. no silicone or anything~ unless of course you want to keep it leakin ;) and there is never a pour in fixall.

you are over thinking it. you just need the cable from the gas pedal to attach to the throttle body... as long as it opens it up when you press on the gas you are good :)

i woulda just bought a new bearing - any carquest or napa can match em up. if you are in an urban area plenty of bearing places out there too

add to non lsd gear oils for your lsd.
