I took the door panel from the 91 but swapped the Leather insert with my stock 89 cloth one.
The 87-89 have the tweater in the door panel itself so it wont' look right.

Its gonna be tough fitting a 6 .5 Speaker in the strut housing. I think a 6" might fit. hard to find speakers 6" though. or 6.5 not oversized.
Mike, the block bolts are 14mm 1.25 Pitch.
Tranny mount has 4 12mm bolts and can be replaced.
I remember you did a Auto to 5spd a while back, did you use wings to support the transmission?
The Engine mount bolts I Tq to 100Ft/LB. Not sure what the actual specs are.

I've swapped my 89 with the 91 boxes. You also have the change the grille or the pre 90 grille will be in the way of the 6.5" speaker.
the 4" 87-89 boxes can be modified but they are not deep enough to hold the 6.5" speaker properly.
the wheel bearing can be 1 problem but its not why your car is shaking. Unless the bearing is broken, but then there will be a play in the wheel.
take the wheel off, front caliper/rotor off. spin the hub by hand. If you hear noises the bearing is dry and probubly out. Check on the...

Oil return gasket, triangle gasket on head, water gasket on front plate, EGR gasket on manifold are just some gaskets everyone should keep as spares.
the oil gasket for turbo drain is $2 at toyota.

The clutch in the picture above is a ACT Street.
Spec, ACT, RPS and other companies use stock toyota pressure plate but modify the springs on it to apply more pressure. They will all say Toyota, AISIN on it but the meat is different.
its some kinda loose electrical connection. I would say take the glove box out, start the car and gently move the wires under the dash and see if the car acts up.
