wasn't it just a few weeks ago when SupraMania was shutdown? what if Mike closes shop for good and Supraforums bans you for insulting a MKIV owner, but all of your buddies are on this new forum that has potential. Yeah it can fail but don't let it fail without giving it a fair shot first.
TSupra92, Did you buy a Press or have a machine shop press the gears off for you? I'm on hold right now til HarborFreight gets a new shipment of Presses. the 6Ton press they have in stock is not tall enough. Those Locking pins/balls did give me some trouble.

Started a rebuild on my R154 transmission. Have some of it apart but still have a long way to go. Need some special Tools to take some of the bearings out. Harbor Freight is dry on Shop presses right now so the project is on hold :biglaugh:

Make sure the clip that holds the harness on the manifold is in place. I had a similar problem where the harness was touching the manifold and eventually the outer plastic burned through causing a short in the harness. My car would do the same exact thing. Turn the key, lights would come on...

The Initial noise under the manifold. Double check the coolent like from ISC going into the manifold. A Non supra mechanic can miss this thing easy and not clamp it properly causing a leak.
Next time don't check the bottle, Pop the radiator cap and check in there, Refill to top as car...
