Did it do it before you got the clutch?, it sounds more like a vacuum problem.... you're gonna want to fix that oil pressure gauge problem, could be the sender, wiring, the gauge itself, etc.

You could or like I did just drill out the restricter hole in the j-tube a little bit to let just a little more fuel recirc and thus lower the fp slightly also, if you take the j-tube off you'll see what I mean
