have you replaced your radiator cap? maybe your coolant goes into overflow bottle and causes the temp to spike up you should check on that if yu meant no coolant loss as in system or in the radiator im not sure. also since u rebuilt your 7mgte with a few performance parts maybe you should have...
i like it, clean and simple, i would have done that to mine but i already have a sub system hooked up and the aftermarket HU had a pre-wired rear aux out :/
seems too easy to be true, but it was my radiator cap that was bad, it turned out that it was letting out coolant into the overflow but it loses pressure to send it back into the radiator so it stays in there, until i got a SANKEI(?) radiator cap and got new coolant in there, put coolant in the...
if sticking piano wire thru the trim and around the window is difficult to do then this may be able to help to remove the adhesive from the inside, its pretty much installed like a windshield it just has two 10mm(?) nuts on the lower section of the window...
i guess if there is an adapter and a splitter type of cord that can accomodate the two wires into one antenna input for the HU then i suppose it should be able to work
edit: i use the diversity antenna on my Kenwood headunit i just bought an adapter so that the smaller plug goes into the larger...
is it the smaller type plug that looks similar to the black antenna one? i believe thats for the diversity(?) antenna that is mounted on the back glass under the defroster it has its own lines on the bottom of the hatch glass and has 1 wire going onto it, i believe its for AM frequencies but im...
ill do a compression test in a little bit i hope its only a leak causing the overflow to fill too much and not return, ill update this post with PSI readings in a few
well i did keep removing the cap to add coolant, and no it does not squirt into the overflow bottle that easily, the problem is that the upper hose never feels firm and springy, it feels like theres air pockets with the water and i can squeeze the hose to the point that the two ends meet. could...
Okay so i have been having a problem recently with my cooling system, it started off with a running water sound from the dash so i filled and bled the cooling system and got a new radiator cap from Toyota. Then the noise came back and so i decide to re-torque the head gasket as it may have been...
may sound stupid but check your oil level? this noise happened to me while driving and sometimes even idling it has a knock type noise, and when i checked oil the next morning it was way below the crosshatch =O
wow, i gotta say that is the most unique and awesome setup i have ever seen on the supra, like the others said specs on the power and running life would be great! wouldnt using a charger/alternator be nice to keep it running constant though?
