^^^No issues whatsoever. Keep in mind, however, that I did shave the upper part of those bottom mounts in half.
On a side note, the Mishimoto comes with a radiator cap rated for 19 lbs. The first thing I did after pulling the radiator out of the box, was to dump the cap for my Stant radiator...
I'm finally posting pics of the Mishimoto radiator as promised. :D
First off, I want to give props to StatRacing for their incredibly fast shipping of this radiator. The price of the Mishimoto radiator from them is $240 shipped. I ordered my radiator on a Friday, and Fedex showed up to...
Got the pics off my camera, but have an insane work schedule this weekend. I have Monday off, and can post the pics then if I can't find the time tomorrow.
Just bump up this thread to remind me. :)
The Mishimoto fits with the stock fan and shroud. Fitment of the shroud could be a bit better at the top, but I installed everything in mine with little to no problems. The only modification I had to make, was to shave the rubber mounts at the bottom of the radiator.
I have some pics that I...
Actually, you don't need the whole cluster; just the GTE tach will do. Once you get your N/A cluster apart, the GTE tach is plug and play in the N/A cluster.
If that's the case, why not tell them that you're taking that on your way out? They won't care about it, right?
Oh ya, of course you won't tell them about it - BECAUSE IT'S STEALING!!!
I shopped around for the parts to put together my own 3" stainless exhaust with resonator, and found it was just cheaper and easier to buy a 3" bolt on exhaust.
I ended up getting the Tanabe from Aaron for $600 + shipping, and that was the best $600 I ever spent on the car. That, plus the 3"...
I ordered this downpipe from Aaron at Driftmotion, and it didn't come with a gasket for the O2 sensor.
While taking the stock elbow off, I noticed that there wasn't a gasket between the O2 sensor and the stock turbo elbow. Is the O2 sensor supposed to have a gasket, or does it just bolt...
Yes, the Mishimoto does have the drain; and the plug comes from the factory with teflon tape on the drain bolt's threads.
I took the stock radiator out today, and will take some comparison pics tomorrow; and start test fitting the radiator to make sure everything bolts up/fits. (Of course...
I just bought a Mishimoto radiator, and I've yet to test fit everything. (It's still sitting in the box in my garage).
I can tell you for a FACT that it's a three core radiator! It looks like it'll fit fine, and it has all of the mounts for the auxiliary fan and shroud. I'll report back with...
You could always go to a body/glass shop and have them install the newer style of window trim, and do away with the current style of trim completely. I'll be doing this when I repaint my car.
Here's some pics from this thread, to show you what it looks like.
With a clean title, yes. With a salvage or a reconstructed title, not even close. Maybe about half that amount.
Cutting the offer in half is the right move, however, knowing the repairman or his work doesn't increase the value of the car. Any kind of title besides a "clean" title...
Tilt the engine forward, remove any heater hoses in the way, and lay on top of the engine. With a wrench and 1/4" ratchet & socket, you can reach all of the bolts with ease.
