A hollow pipe works great as a breaker bar, I've used one many times. If you put your weight into it, you should be able to get pretty much anything loose.
If you're worried about what other people think of your car then maybe you should get something with more recognition such as a honda or 240sx.
What matters is that these pipes work, besides they're under the hood, nobodys going to see them unless you show them.

Those numbers refer to the weight of the oil. 80w90 will be "heavier" ie, thicker than the 75w90. So it really depends on the climate in area that you live. 75w90 is probably fine anywhere you live though.
PCV can isn't required, but if you want the ic pipes to stay clean you should get them. You don't even need to buy one, if you make a metal can yourself and connect the lines it wil work just as well.
I don't remember his name either, but I think he was involved with making the ones on that site.
As I remember, the general concensus was that they were better than stock.
